What must I do to install the ActiveDolls Demo?
Activedolls has been carefully tested with the best antivirus and will not put viruses or malicious software on your system. It works with MS Windows Vista/XP/2000.
- If you still haven't downloaded our demo package, click here to get it.
- Your web browser will open a dialog box with an "Open" or "Run" button. Click on it.
Note: many web browsers only show the "Save to disk" option. Click on it and save the file in any folder. Then run it by double-clicking its icon.
- When the download finishes, the installation process is automatic and self-explanatory. A new icon will appear on your desktop, and you can double-click it to start playing Activedolls.
NOTE: Due to the security policy of your operating system, it could be possible that you must have administrator rights in order to install any program properly. If you experienced such problems, please contact your system administrator.
How to uninstall
To uninstall Activedolls from your computer, click on your system:
It will be automatically and completely removed from your computer.
How to play the demo version
To play the demo version of Activedolls, click on the "Demo" button on the right side of the main window.
Then Activedolls starts, and the Model Selection screen is shown. You must select the only available model to play the demo.

How do I get the Activedolls Full Version?
The only way to enjoy the Full Version is purchasing Activedolls as explained here.
After the purchase you will receive your Access Key. Use it with the demo version and ActiveDolls will be automatically downloaded and installed.

How is ActiveDolls delivered?
ActiveDolls contents are downloaded by the ActiveDolls software itself. As soon as you complete the purchase process, an Access Key is sent to you. Run ActiveDolls, click the "Play Activedolls" button and enter the Access Key when asked so our servers can validate the connection and serve the ActiveDolls contents.
How can I recover ActiveDolls if I lose it after downloading? Can I make a back up copy? Can I download it again?
It's strongly recommended that you make a back up copy of ActiveDolls (for your own personal use only) and store it in a safe media, as soon as it's downloaded. Then you could restore it in case of loss. It can be made easily through the "Save backup archive" option of the "File" menu from the main ActiveDolls window.
This will allow you to restore your copy of ActiveDolls even without an Internet connection.
You have 30 days to get the ActiveDolls contents after purchase. Then, only 2 successful downloads per Access Key are allowed.
Do I need a live Internet connection to play ActiveDolls?
No, you don't. Once ActiveDolls is downloaded, it no longer requires the Internet connection.
I've got a computer with no Internet access at all. Can I still play the Full Version of ActiveDolls?
Yes, you can. An Internet connection is required to download ActiveDolls, but you can still play it from an off-line computer. Just enter your Full Access Key and let ActiveDolls download the Full Version contents. Then use the "Save backup archive" tool to save the data to a file that you could restore in any other computer of your own.
My Access Key doesn't work
- Please make sure that you have not mistyped your Access Key.
- If this is not the case, please provide the email address you gave at purchase and the first 8 characters of your Access Key through our contact form.

What are the system requirements?
ActiveDolls requires a PC running Windows Vista/XP/2000 and a DirectX compatible 3D graphics card.
Will it work on my PC?
If you don't know about your system capabilities, or you are not sure that it will work properly in your computer, simply download the demo and try ActiveDolls.
It won't damage your system in case it wasn't compatible.
Activedolls doesn't work on my computer. What can I do?
Supposing your system meets at least with the minimum requirements:
It's also possible that ActiveDolls had compatibility problems with your computer. We are continuously improving the compatibility issues, but due to the huge amount of different system configurations it's possible that some incompatibilities still exist.
- Make sure you have the latest drivers for your hardware. Learn more about drivers and how to get them below.
- Uninstall ActiveDolls and reinstall the demo package again. It could be due to a bad installation.
I get a connection error message after entering my Access Key.
ActiveDolls needs an Internet connection to download and install itself. Ensure that no other software/device is preventing Activedolls to make requests to the Internet.
If you have a firewall or similar software, ensure it is not blocking Activedolls. There is not need to open any port, just not blocking the outgoing requests.
Is it dangerous for my computer?
Activedolls has no viruses or other malicious software. It can not produce anomalous behaviour on your system and has been tested according to our quality policy.
I think some images are not being displayed correctly. Is this possible?
If you experience some graphic glitches, maybe your video drivers are not up-to-date. Learn more about drivers below.
What are drivers for?
Drivers are programs provided to you by the manufacturer of your hardware that let other programs know how this hardware works. The most important ones for 3D graphics programs like ours are the video drivers.
You can get the drivers for the main video hardware manufacturers from their web sites. If you don't know which your graphics card is:
- [Vista]: Right-click on your desktop, select "Personalize", and then "Display Settings".
- [XP]: Right-click on your desktop, select "Properties", and then the "Configuration" tab.
